We encourage all our employees to prioritise their mental health and seek support when needed. There are many resources available, including the National Health Service's Every Mind Matters program, mental health charities like Mind, and Combat Stress for veterans. We also support campaigns like CALM and My Whole Self, which promote mental health awareness and workplace culture change. Let's work together to break the stigma surrounding mental health and prioritise our well-being."
