Communication with through the security patrol team and operations office works really well, I’m made aware of any issues or improvements to the site that need addressing promptly. We are a fast passed manufacturing environment, plans change quickly to meet customer’s needs. We have a great system in place for the opening and closing of our facility. If we have to change schedules cava are always available to open/ clos the site. We have also programmed our night shift workers lone working devices to call the control station if we have health or security giving added peace of mind that our employees have rapid support if ever needed.
