A trained, uniformed, professional, security officer on site is an extremely effective deterrent to crime and in some instances, terrorism. Our first objective will be to understand your requirements. That could be, for example, a pattern of theft, or unwanted trespassers on your site. As an SIA ACS accredited company we are driven to ensure requirements are met through the effective use of Service Level Agreements. Our staff are trained to correctly induct visitors and notify the member of staff they've come to see. We can also provide staff or visitor searches for businesses that require them. Our officers are provided with company maintained tough shield phones which are geofenced to your site. These are used for real-time reporting; creating weekly reports for our customers. We operate a paper-less reporting system regarding incidents, so that our officers can send incident reports and photos and escalate them quickly. Our 24 hour control room provides immediate dispactch of back-up units if required. Ad hoc Patrol and Response Supervisor visits to perform operational competence checks and workshop training, ensure we meet out audit specifications. 

Across the UK, we provide manned guarding services on longer term contracts or on an ad-hoc basis with stringent service ;evel agreements to ensure the same standards, regardless of contract size.

We apply a bespoke solution, often incorporating two or three different elements (for example, Gate House security with CCTV Monitoring and real-time reporting mobile patrols). With our 24 hour Support Centre and systems, we provide on site security for every kind of premises including commercial, retail, building sites and residential communities across the UK. Our tags will be registered to your premises and fitted in discreet locations, especially in areas of vulnerability. They are then added to the route scheduling on the patrol platform and can be amended easily if a particular area requires more focus. As tags can be programmed remotely, additional instructions can also be added (for example, providing instructions regarding out of hours deliveries). Our service review meetings ensure we stay up to date with your company's needs to ensure a high quality level of service.
