Our team is constantly evolving to accommodate new accreditations and registering various standards to meet our customer’s expectations, Cava Security Services provides all types of security manned guarding services and CCTV installation and monitoring to everyone from residential properties all the way up to high security sites such as banks. We cover a whole range of sectors and over the years, providing these services, helped us manage the very different customer expectations that are inevitable across a whole array of industries.

Customer feedback is paramount to our success. We collate customer satisfaction forms weekly to keep our team informed of any issues or any success stories. The feedback from customers allows us to not only steer our business to success but reward our valued staff with employee of the month certificates and other financial and fun activities to enhance their time employed with us. Quality of services is everything and customer referrals is an important part of our ISO 9001 QMS.
