BSI Accreditation

Cava Security Services has just had it's annual, external Audit by BSI, we are pleased to say we had no non-conformance or improvement needs. 

 

Executive summary by the external auditor, 

 

“The strategic direction for Cava Security Services Ltd has been established and continues to be for business development and a focus on 100% customer satisfaction, the QMS processes support these plans and the delivery of the scope of service. Based on the process areas audited this visit e.g., the control room, recruitment and service delivery for static and mobile patrols and the sampling nature of the audit, the QMS was shown to be understood and implemented throughout Cava Security Services Ltd as planned. The results show that the QMS processes continue to meet their planned performance objectives as shown through the; quality objectives for improvement, KPI results for response times, welfare and the finances all being met. 

The internal audit results show the system to be very well maintained. Well done to all our staff in maintaining quality throughout services.”
